I can really relate to the one star reviews and almost was one myself. However I'm a business owner as well so I gave these guys a chance. I haven't got what I was promised yet, but I can see some pretty amazing results. My tips for those who are not getting results are be patient, if you feel you deserve a credit of some sort ask for one, and give them a chance to learn from your feedback.The numbers speak for themselves for me. I was unhappy. I told Jacob my account manager, and two weeks later here I am posting a 5 star review. I think they can definitely use some operational changes to speed up some aspects of sign up, but once up and running these guys have an amazing service.
